On Sunday, July 29th 2001 at Harlow's in Sacramento, Planet X Magazine presented a Live Creature Feature Show with Bob Wilkins. Besides special guests John Stanley, Vitina Marcus and Hardware Wars director Ernie Fosselius, the audience was treated to some vintage Creature Feature clips shown on 16mm film.

In all his years on television in Sacramento, Bob Wilkins never got any local press coverage. That changed when Sacramento Bee writer David Barton did a great piece on him that ran on Friday before the show.
