I would like to convey my condolences to any Creature Features fans who missed the two CREATURE FEATURES FOREVER tribute shows on March 22 and 25. Anyone who did attend will tell you how truly special these events were and they will most likely be the last public appearances Bob Wilkins will ever make.

Thanks to Bob Johnson and Bay Area Film Events for making this possible. And thanks again to Bob Johnson for his efforts in getting the City of Oakland to officially declare March 23, 2007 "Bob Wilkins Day."

The special guests for the El Cerrito show were John Stanley, Bob Shaw and Bill Longen. Cinema Insomnia's Mr. Lobo hosted the show.

Mr. Lobo again hosted the Sacramento event at the Crest Theater with guests Harry Martin, Geoff Wong, Ernie Fosselius and of course John Stanley.

Tom Wyrsch put together wonderful collection of vintage Wilkins clips (on both 16mm film and DVD projection) some that dated back to the mid 1960's!

This clip from the 11 O'clock news on KTVU sums up the Creature Features Forever event at the Cerrito Speakeasy Theater on March 22, 2007
