June 14th, 2009

Bob Shaw passed away on April 10th, 2009 from liver failure and complications from Crohn's disease. His wife, Rosie, and his best friend, comedian Mark Pitta put together a memorial at the Throckmorton Theatre in Mill Valley that was an incredibly positive event. This was a celebration of the life of a man who was loved and respected by his family, friends and colleagues in the entertainment industry. Billed as a "Memorial-O-Rama," Hollywood couldn't have choreographed a more entertaining, funny and moving tribute. I felt privilaged to be there.
